Personal Plan and Goals!

As of several days ago, I think I have hit an all time pathetic-high in my life. I mean, I spend all day playing games, not going outside, exercising LESS, and not caring how I present myself to the world. Basically I kind of gave up on life in a very casual way in the form of playing Borderlands 2 all day since I bought it off the Steam Summer Sale. Borderlands 2 may indeed be a fantastic game (I would still play the hell out of it even if I wasn't so lame btw), but I need to condition myself for next semester and get my life back on track. I may have not been the one who crashed the car, but I'll be damned if I don't start moving after that mess. My class schedule is literally air tight next semester, but if I can't get a grip on my life, it's only going to make things that much harder. So with that being said, I have created a routine for me so that I'm prepared by the 26th of August. With that being said I have to house sit for two houses the whole month so I will have to keep these routines going even when it gets a bit busy!

Eliminate Stress List 2013:


  1. Have a proper workout routine:
    1. Run at least 20 minutes daily at the minimum speed of 6.0 mph.
    2. 50 push ups, 150 sit ups, 50 leg lifts minimum.
  2. Have a strong spiritual life:
    1. Read the bible rather than listening.
    2. Pray, and I mean pray harder and more frequent.
    3. Consider my actions and take it under consideration of Gods.
  3. Strengthen my mental fortitude:
    1. Read at least 2 books by the beginning of the semester.
    2. Read physics notes in preparation of Physics 2.
    3. Keep up with social relations
  4. Keep up with my duties:
    1. make sure the house is clean.
    2. Make sure Mona is sorted.
    3. Upload a youtube video regularly.
  5. Self presentation:
    1. Dress as nice as possible.
    2. Be friendly and godly when social situations presents itself.
    3. Don't curse, you have a better vocabulary than that!
    4. Be confident, you were likable person before, you only got better!
    5. Don't talk about other people negatively, and be loving.
    6. Don't hunch and keep your hands out of your pockets.
    7. Sit and walk straight.
    8. Try and save up some money and look for financial opportunities! 
  6. Diet:
    1. Eating duration is five minutes.
    2. Eat small meals except for dinner often.
    3. Drink lots of water.
