Eliminate Stress List 2013:
- Have a proper workout routine:
- Run at least 20 minutes daily at the minimum speed of 6.0 mph.
- 50 push ups, 150 sit ups, 50 leg lifts minimum.
- Have a strong spiritual life:
- Read the bible rather than listening.
- Pray, and I mean pray harder and more frequent.
- Consider my actions and take it under consideration of Gods.
- Strengthen my mental fortitude:
- Read at least 2 books by the beginning of the semester.
- Read physics notes in preparation of Physics 2.
- Keep up with social relations
- Keep up with my duties:
- make sure the house is clean.
- Make sure Mona is sorted.
- Upload a youtube video regularly.
- Self presentation:
- Dress as nice as possible.
- Be friendly and godly when social situations presents itself.
- Don't curse, you have a better vocabulary than that!
- Be confident, you were likable person before, you only got better!
- Don't talk about other people negatively, and be loving.
- Don't hunch and keep your hands out of your pockets.
- Sit and walk straight.
- Try and save up some money and look for financial opportunities!
- Diet:
- Eating duration is five minutes.
- Eat small meals except for dinner often.
- Drink lots of water.
